*There are times when our animals arrive with medical issues. Sometimes this is due to the conditions they came from, or from the stress of the long trip, or perhaps the animal just plain old caught a cold or illness, or has a skin problem or needs a dental. Sometimes they need medication and sometimes they need intensive care before they are ready for adoption. These illnesses/emergencies can become very costly. Please consider helping these animals get over the hurdle by donating towards medical care by purchasing a gift certificate for their medical needs.
