Pelusa is a Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix who came from Puerto Rico to NJ on Friday 3/27.  Pelusa weighs 5 lbs at 3 months old.

Pelusa's foster mom says:
"She's still a baby and already receptive to paper training! This pretty little girl is having a ball playing with dogs and kids.  She is very friendly and has such a sweet personality.  She will melt your heart.  She is still a little unsure of her surroundings, so she will follow you around and bark when left in a crate.  She can be a bit loud for a little girl, but is learning to respond to commands quickly. She is 4 pounds of soft and fluffy puppy and loves to curl up with you on the couch.  She even sleeps next to me all night like a quiet little mouse.  Any family would be lucky to adopt this puppy.  She is a charmer."

Pelusa is up-to-date with her vaccines and will be spayed before being adopted.

Pelusa's adoption fee will be $400.
