Cecil is a 40 lb. 1 1/2 year-old sweetheart who was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in South Carolina.

We're not sure what mix of dog he is, but it looks like there's some terrier in him. He is simply adorable with his scruffy face.

Cecil's foster parents are calling him "Ozzie".

He is timid in his foster home, but if you are patient, he will approach you and give you kisses. He loves to get affection, and enjoys hugs and cuddles. 

Ozzie is housebroken and quiet - his foster parents haven't even heard him bark.  He is not destructive in the house. 

Ozzie hasn't learned to walk on a leash yet; we're working on it.

We think that Ozzie would do best in a home with another dog that he could take his lead from.  He loves to run and play with other dogs, and is very good-natured with them.  His tail is always wagging, and he has not shown any type of aggression towards dogs or people.

Although he is a gentle boy, he may be happiest in a house without small children since quick movements and loud noises can scare him. 

Cecil's brother is also with Wag On Inn - Rocky is his name.
