Toby is a sweet but timid boy who is looking for a special home! Toby is in a NJ foster home.

Toby was adopted in December but has been returned and is even more shut down and scared of people. Unfortunately a well intentioned adoption resulted in an environment where Toby became more timid and fearful. We are thankful they recognized it was not working and got Toby back to us. 

Our foster family is working with Toby to build his confidence. He LOVES his foster dog siblings Stella and Tinsel VERY much but he is afraid of the humans so far. Understandably, Toby is still acclimating since being returned and our foster family is being very patient and loving and will work on making Toby more comfortable with the world around him and the people in it.

Toby will need a patient home with someone willing to work on his shyness and definitely with at least one canine companion. 

Toby is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Toby's adoption fee is $550.
