Charley came to NJ from North Carolina.  He was surrendered by his owner because they are moving to a home that doesn't allow dogs. Charley was originally purchased as a teacup Chihuahua, but he is not a teacup! He has long legs and almost looks like he has some Italian Greyhound in him. 

Charley is a nice little guy who is friendly. He is well-behaved on leash. During the day he has the energy of a 9-month-old puppy, but he is a lap dog at night and loves to cuddle. 

Charley is trained to potty on piddle pads.

Charley's adoption fee is $400.
