Julie Greimel is fostering-to-adopt Floppy. Floppy is in North Carolina, where he will be treated for heartworms. He will be able to come to NJ on April 11th. Floppy, who looks like a Cairn Terrier mix, was rescued from being tied up outside all the time.  He was filthy and matted, and had to be shaved. Floppy weighed 12.2 lbs and was neutered recently. He's very sweet. In the video below, he was getting ready for his neuter surgery, and he was a little doped-up! Floppy can be a little shy at first, but he does come to you. He likes other dogs. 

Floppy's adoption fee will be $350.
