Chip is an adorable 3-month-old puppy who came to us from an over-crowded shelter in North Carolina. (Check out his brothers Alvin and Theo (adopted), too!) Chip is doing great in his foster home. He is a lovely puppy! He is sweet and playful Chip is great with other dogs and with kids.
