Lars is a sweet southern boy from South Carolina.  It is really a mystery what his breed is, but the vet thinks maybe part Chihuahua. Lars gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home and loves to play.  He is housetrained and is working on leash training.  
If you want a dog to snuggle with you on the couch at night, this is the dog for you! Snuggling is his favorite thing!
