Hi there. My name is Gia. I am listed as a courtesy for the monmouth county spca because I'm being fostered by Wag On Inn. I am very high energy but I'm learning to control it. I know some obedience commands, "sit, down, touch, stay, come, leave it, just to name a few..... I'm in training to be a therapy dog so I can visit people in nursing homes. I like to be in the house, and I'm crate trained. I walk nice with my gentle lead collar. I show interest in other dogs, but maintain control and can walk nice when I'm around them. My human friends think I'm really pretty good. My dream home would be like this... Older children(I have three teenage friends that work with me, and I behave nicely for them) or adults. I think even though I'm friendly, I'd be too high energy and knock youngsters over if I was running free. Even though I like other dogs, I'd prefer to be the only pet so I can get all the attention. I do love attention so...... Let's see, it would be nice if my people liked to go for long walks too. I'd like to walk with them. I like to play too, think you'd be able to supply all my needs?
