My name is Maiya and I'm waiting for a new family to find me and take me home. My human developed asthma, and so I couldn't stay with them. I walk nicely on a leash and am very nice to people.

I went to an adoption event at Petco and there are lots of photos of me being such a good girl.  I like people and kids and other dogs, too.  I do play a little roughly so I probably shouldn't live with very small dogs.
