Baily is a sweet girl that loves to have a good time. She loves other dogs and will play for hours. She also walks well on a leash and doesn't mind city life. This lovely lady was found on Dead Dog Beach in Puerto Rico where she was dumped, covered with mange and a mess (see picture below) . She has been treated and transformed into a glamorous model. With her shiney black fur and her cute looks, you will be sure to ohhh and ahhhh.
