Hola! Jackie here - all the way from Puerto Rico & boy, is it cold up here! Even so, I enjoy going outside and playing with my two foster-home dogs. We get along great. I'm a 7-month-old, 28-pound dog, with a petite build, and a sweet & gentle disposition. I think I'd be good with kids, but I haven't met any yet. I did cuddle for a couple of hours this Saturday with a teenaged girl at PetCo, and really enjoyed that. I can be shy in new surroundings, and having a nice lap to sit on made me feel MUCH better.

My activity level is medium to low. I don't bark much either. I am mostly housebroken, and I'm sure I'll perfect it quickly now that the snow is melting. Some of the commands I'm working on - sit, shake, dance, up, down, off & fetch. I am crate trained, but also enjoy sleeping with my family. I would make a good family or individual dog. I can't wait to meet my forever family! Will you be mine? ***Update: It was just learned that I had heartworm. I finished my treatments and now I'm just waiting for a home of my own. Will you be my family?
