Well hello!  My name is Marcel and I am a little Miniature Pinscher Sato boy from the streets of Puerto Rico.  I am just 7 months old, neutered, vaccinated, great with adults, children,  and cats!  I am just an affectionate little sweetheart of a guy who will love to just be with you and give you all my love and kisses.  I am in a foster home with  cats and my foster mommy takes me to work with her!  I enjoy meeting people and I am very smart.  I go potty outside,walk nicely on a leash, and sleep nicely in my crate.
