Hi my name is Charlie and I was the runt of my litter! You wouldn’t know it because my personality is so big! I love to run and play, my favorite is hiding under my favorite chair. Pick me up and I will lick your face..I am so sweet and I love to be cuddled. Like most pups I do my share of mischief, I like to chew and I am not housebroken. I would need a family who is willing to teach me and show me lots of patience and love. I promise I will return it! By the way, I have the cutest spots and a freckle on my nose! I am use to being surrounded with my siblings so it may take time for me to get use to being alone; hopefully you have lots of time and energy to give me! As a side note, my mom is very friendly and small. under ten pounds. She came to NJ from Puerto Rico and gave birth to us just a week later.
