Hello folks! My name is Jasper and I am a sweet little, three years old, male, neutered Southern guy who was a stray! What a mess I was when I was found... Can you believe it? Just a little Shih Tzu wandering in the street. Now, I am loving New Jersey and the folks at Wag On Inn Rescue. You see, they took me in, washed me up, kissed me a few dozen times and I am sooo grateful! My foster mommy says that I am just a little sweetheart. I am good with everyone! I walk nicely on a leash and have quite the cute little step in my gait. A bouncy little guy with a cute bushy tail, strutting my stuff. I am housebroken, good with dogs, children and even cats!
