Sir Barkley is a cute pup who is looking for a home. Sir Barkley (who we're calling Charles) came from Louisiana, where he was found as a stray. He is now in a NJ foster home, where he's enjoying the good life.

Sir Barkley is sweet and very friendly boy. We think he is a Chihuahua mix, but maybe with some Jack Russell or even some Miniature Pinscher mixed in. Doggie DNA is always fun!

Sir Barkley is a great dog.  He is housetrained (he's using a doggie door and we do get him out frequently), loves cuddling and snuggling, and enjoys playing with toys and balls.  He has a prancing walk and run that are so cute!  He's learning sit, but is such a happy boy that it's hard for him to stay down. Sir Barkley is affectionate and checks in with his foster parents frequently for affection.  He is dog friendly, and is having a great time playing with the other dogs in his foster home.  He enjoys going for neighborhood and beach walks.  Sir Barkley was initially timid around young children, but he has become the biggest cuddler with our neighborhood friends.  

Sir Barkley is neutered, and up to date on his rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. He tested negative for heartworm. His adoption fee is $450.
