Potato is a very handsome boy hoping to find his forever home! Potato is a calm, loving boy. He came to us from the NYC shelter system where he was found as a stray.

Potato is a friendly boy who likes attention and affection from human friends. He was initially overwhelmed at the shelter but with some love and affection Potato came out of his shell. Our friends at the shelter noticed that Potato has some hind leg weakness and walks in an army crawl fashion. The shelter staff did x-rays and has not found anything broken or injured so we aren't sure if this is a birth defect or a soft tissue injury or perhaps related to shelter stress. We will know more as he settles into his foster home.

Potato is microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Once he is settled in his foster home, we will arrange for him to be fixed at the Spay-Neuter Center in Holmdel, NJ.
