Georgia is a 10 month old female Akita (spayed and up to date on all her shots and is HW negative). Georgia was surrendered by her owner in shelter outside of Atlanta because she would not stay in the yard....well the yard had no fence what did they expect from her ??? She was pulled just in time and brought up to NJ to begin her search for a new loving home.

Based on her size and build we believe that Georgia has close blood lines to the Japanese style Akita which tend to be smaller then their American bred counter parts..

An absolutley beautiful girl, Georgia is full of spirit and loves to play. Georgia can't get enough from being around people and will shower with affection and kisses on everyone she meets.. However, Georgia is not particularly fond of other dogs (she has a real attitude) so we think she would do best as an only dog...

We would prefer a home that has experience dealing with Akitas or similar breeds and with children over the age of 12...we think would be best for Georgia
