Jersey Girl (aka Jersey or Six) is a beautiful girl who is in a foster home here in NJ. Jersey Girl and her sister, Birdie were surrendered to Wag On Inn Rescue so they could find their forever home. They are the result of an accidental litter. Their mom is an Australian Shepherd and dad is a pit bull terrier.

Jersey Girl is sweet, silly and goofy! She loves to play ball. She's nervous with new people, and in new surroundings, but she loves her foster family and is doing well with the resident dogs. This beautful and sweet girl needs some love and confidence building. Jersey's foster is working on perfecting her housetraining and other training basics. Jersey is dog friendly. She may be too nervous for little kids. She is crate trained.

Jersey Girl received initial vaccines and tested negative for heartworm. We are working on scheduling her spay and microchip at the Spay-Neuter Clinic in Holmdel, NJ. Her adoption fee is $450.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
