Tara is a very beautiful girl who is looking for a home. Tara is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ on our next transport. We offer a foster-to-adopt trial for approved adopters.

Tara is a sweetheart who is a lot of FUN! She is loving, affectionate and loves to play. She loves other dogs and likes to run and wrestle. She would do best in a home with another young dog who likes to run and wrestle too. Tara would be OK being the only dog in an active home where she could go on lots of excursions. She likes going to Home Depot and Tractor Supply. Tara seemed to be a little too interested in cats during cat screening so we think a cat free home is best for her.

Tara is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. She completed treatment for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $450.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
