Kylie is a pretty lady who is looking for a new family. Kylie was surrendered by her owner to the NYC shelter system when they lost their home.
Kylie had a hard time at the noisy, crowded shelter and was very scared. After a little decompression time she came around to her foster mom. With her pack, Kylie is very loving and affectionate and loves to jump in your lap and get all the love, attention, hugs and pets that she can. Kylie is funny and goofy at times and she loves her people. Kylie seems to prefer women.
Kylie takes some time to warm up to strangers so meeting her will be a multi-step process. We are happy to do a video call with prospective adopters so they can see how she behaves in her foster home. With consistent outdoor breaks, Kylie is house trained. As a bonus, she also seems to be pee pad trained so we do leave a single pad out for her to use. Kylie can be quite active at times and will run and play with the other dogs in her foster home.
Kylie is fixed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $300.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and trainingprior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
