May I introduce myself...my name is Dyers Smokey Mountain Blue but my friends call me Smokey. So, please be my friend and call me Smokey. I was rescued with my son, Feisty, from the South where he and I were used as breeding dogs. That was a really tough life and now, well, here we are to tell the tail, I mean, tale. Ever since I got here, I just knew my life was looking up. I am a little scared but each day I learn to trust, because I really want to. I am very gentle and quiet and would love a home that is on the "soft side." You know, kind of mellow, the way I am. I get along very well with other dogs and am used to being around them. I am crate trained and promise to be a good little boy.
