Hi, folks! Here I am... Alfie the Basset Hound Boxer mix from Tennessee. I had a really rough beginning with my siblings down South but now, I am here in New Jersey with a really loving foster family just waiting for my lucky break at getting my forever home. My foster mommy gave me a bath today for my first outreach event and I LOVED IT! Wow, this is the good life! I am a very outgoing little pup and had a lot of fun today meeting all the other dogs and the nice people. The folks at Wag On Inn Rescue saved my siblings and me. We were left in a drop box, abandoned and defenseless, were it not for the kind folks at the rescue down South. Then,great things started to happen. We got our first loving car ride up to New Jersey. So... here I am...love bug, sweet guy, easy going boy, Alfie. I really love children, get along well with other dogs, and can be as playful a pup as can be. I would love for you to take me on a nice walk and show me off...that is what my foster mom is doing as she tries to get me a forever home. Please come and see for yourself what a grateful little pup looks like...Here I am Alfie the Basset Hound mix. Why a mix? Mama was a purebred Basset Hound and papa was a purebred Boxer. What a great family dog combo!
