Clyde is a handsome boy who is looking for a home! We think Clyde is a Bassador, a Labrador/Basset Hound mix, but that is just our best guess. Clyde is in a foster home in NJ.
Clyde's foster says, "Clyde has been with us since October and has been a joy to foster. He was abused in the past and is learning to trust people. It's been a slow process, but seeing his personality emerge makes it so worthwhile.
Clyde would make a great 2nd or 3rd dog for a family. He does not want to be the center of attention, he's happier in the background. He loves other dogs, but is doing fine on his own with doggy playdates. He's very well behaved and hangs out on his dog bed when left home alone. Clyde has been good with children. A fenced in yard is best for him as he adapts to becoming the dog he was always meant to be."
Clyde is a timid boy and his foster is working on socialization with people. He's a sweetheart and he's great with other dogs! Clyde
is a flight risk until he is comfortable and we feel he would do best in a home with a fenced in yard.
Clyde has been fixed, microchipped and he is up to date on vaccines. Clyde tested negative for heartworm. Clyde had a previously head injury but has recovered well and does not seem to have any issues or complications. His adoption fee will be $300.
