Flash is a small Chiweenie (Chihuahua/Dachshund mix) who landed in a shelter in New Orleans, Louisiana. His owner ended up in a nursing home and no one could take Flash. He was saved by our partner rescue in Louisiana and is now in NJ.

Flash is shy meeting new people. He gets scared and barks some but he is getting much better with practice. Once he gets to know you he is very sweet and very loving. His favorite place to be is on your lap! Flash would likely do best in a quiet, adult only home. He is super loving and affectionate with his foster mom. He is OK with the other dogs and cats in the home - he mostly ignores them but he would be fine as the only dog too. He is housebroken and crate trained.

Flash has been fixed, microchipped and he is up to date on vaccines. He tested negative for heartworm. His adoption fee is $400.
