Stevie and Ray are purebred Cane Corso Mastiff puppies who were surrendered to a veterinarian in Louisiana to be euthanized since both pups were born blind. Luckily, the vet refused and called our sister rescue and these little guys are very lucky they were placed in a loving foster home while they get vetted and ready to come to NJ on July 9th.
They have have received their first 3 puppy vaccines and initial treatment for parasites. Their adopters will need to provide their last DAPP vaccine at 3.5 months. Unfortunately, both pups developed complications from their blindness and had to have their eyes removed in June. Wag On Inn will arrange for them to be fixed and microchipped when they are 5-6 months old at the Spay-Neuter Center in Holmdel, NJ which is included in the adoption fee of $450. Adopters must be within driving distance of Holmdel, NJ.
