Destiny and Polo are a bonded pair that came to us from NYC Animal Care and Control. They were surrendered to the shelter when their human family lost their home.  Destiny and Polo are bonded so we are looking for a home for them together. 

Destiny appears to be a Min Pin/Chihuahua mix. She is quite a character and loves to play and snuggle and talk to you. At public events she is quite the welcoming committee barking at newcomers until they give her attention.  She doesn't bark at home much though. She loves to sleep under the covers in her foster mom's bed at night! During the day she likes to nap with Polo in their dog bed and loves to climb under the blanket on their dog bed if it's chilly.  Destiny and Polo are great with other dogs.  Destiny will chase the cats sometimes but she does not hurt them. Polo ignores the cats in his foster home. They recently met some older kids (age 6 and 10) at an adoption event and they did great!

Destiny and Polo are fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Both recently had a dental cleaning as well.  They are heartworm negative. The adoption fee for the pair is $500.
