Iris is a beautiful terrier/corgi mix girl who is in a NJ foster home. Iris is a sweet friendly girl. She is hard of hearing and can only hear loud, low pitched noises. She is great with people of all ages. She was found as a stray and never claimed so the vets estimate she is 4-6 years old.
Iris would prefer to be the only pet in the home or with smaller and/or calmer dogs. She is housebroken and crate trained. Her foster describes her as super lovable and sweet! In Louisiana, Iris was fostered at the rescue's vet office and she did well with other dogs and cats at the clinic. In her NJ foster home she seems to prefer the smaller dog. Based on her reaction to the cat in her NJ foster home, it is best there are no cats in her forever home.
Iris is fixed, microchipped and she is up to date on vaccines. She tested negative for heartworm in January 2022. Her adoption fee is $400.
