Jax is one of our VIPs from the Ville Platt sewage disaster. Jax is a handsome terrier mix who is sweet, friendly and good with dogs. Jax was in the shelter with a broken jaw that had fused improperly and the poor boy couldn't even swallow. Thanks to some amazing donors, Jax's jaw was surgically repaired. A small portion of his lower jaw including his front teeth was removed. Now Jax can close his jaw and chew properly. Jax has recovered from this now and was treated for heartworm.   He is a friendly boy who loved to army crawl in his Louisiana foster home.  He arrived to his NJ foster home on November 13th. He has been fixed, microchipped and he is up to date on vaccines. Jax's adoption fee will be $400.
