Penelope is a beautiful chihuahua who is coming to NJ June 26 to look for a new home! Penelope was surrendered by her owner because she decided she wanted to travel more in her retirement.  Penelope is a sweet, friendly girl and she is good with other dogs.  She has been fixed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines. She is also heartworm negative.  Penelope's adoption fee is $400.
