Honey is a sweet little beagle that was found in southern Louisiana. No one ever came to claim her so Honey came to NJ to find her new family. Honey is now in foster in NJ since March 27th. Honey is super sweet, affectionate, and dog-friendly! The younger dogs are happier with her though since she still has puppy energy! She prefers dogs her size or bigger according to her foster mom. She loves toys and playing and playing and playing. LOL She is friendly to everyone. She has been very quick to learn commands. She sleeps through the night but needs to be near her person, a doggie bed nearby suffices but she would probably prefer sleeping in yours! She's a beagle mix so she is a bit vocal so an apartment or condo probably wouldn't be a good idea. She loves to explore so a fenced-in yard is preferred as she also loves to be outside. She also loves the neighborhood kids according to her foster.
Honey is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She was recently treated for heartworm and did well. She has finished her rest required after treatment and loves to play. We will schedule her spay soon after her arrival. Her adoption fee is $400.
