Pepper! This pretty lab is looking for a new home. Pepper was surrendered to the shelter by her owner after his neighbor threatened to shoot her for wandering onto his property.  Her owner was unable/unwilling to fence in his yard or keep her on a leash so he surrendered her to the rural pound. Lucky for Pepper our rescue partners scooper her up.  Pepper is now here in NJ in a foster home.

Pepper is dog, cat and kid friendly! She is a bit overweight so she is on a diet now. She's fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped and she is heartworm negative.  Her adoption fee is $300.
