If you love gentle giants, Flynn just might be your boy! This handsome plott hound mix was surrendered to our friends at Bucky's Buddies Rescue in Louisiana.
Flynn had been living outdoors and his owner wanted a better life for him. Flynn is dog friendly. His former owner says he has been around cats and is curious, never aggressive, but he has not lived with cats.
Flynn arrived in NJ on 1/23. His NJ foster describes him as a gentle giant who thinks he's a lap dog. She says he's a 'go with the flow' type of dog. He's happy to go for a walk or play fetch, but just as happy to lay around with you and relax. His energy level adjusts easily and it doesn't take him long to calm down after an energetic romp. His foster says he's super smart and very trainable. He already knows sit, lay down, and he's working on stay! This handsome boy is calm, gentle, super affectionate, friendly, and loving!
He has been fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He is heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $400.
