Dora and Paisley look like a Jack Russell Terrier mixed with Beagle or Dachshund or who-knows-what?  They arrived in NJ just before the new year from our Louisiana rescue friends.

They look like they'll be between 15 and 20 lbs as adults.

Dora and Paisley are dog friendly, but they are afraid and first and can be loud and even snappy.  However, they pretty quickly feel more comfortable. They are living with 6 other dogs in their foster home. At this age they should be good with cats and kids too.

They've been going for walks and are getting better on leash with practice.  They love to play and to run around the yard.  They enjoy snuggling but they aren't lap dogs - too active for that!

Dora and Paisley have received initial vaccines and parasite treatment in Louisiana. They will be fixed and microchipped here in NJ at Wag On Inn's expense if done at our vet at 5-6 months old. (Wag On Inn will make the appointment).

Their adoption fee is $450.

***Please note: for all adoptable dogs we do our best to save them from high kill shelters or being dumped and running stray. We provide core vetting: spay or neuter, microchip, rabies, distemper/parvo & bordatella vaccines, heartworm test, heartworm, tick and flea prevention, parasite treatment and testing and transport to NJ. We cannot guarantee long-term health or behavior for any dog.***
