Happy was surrendered by her family to a NYC shelter due to allergies.  She has now joined Wag On Inn and is in a loving foster home.  Happy is a bit of a diva! She was heartbroken after being left in a shelter but once her personality started to show I'd say she is a bit of a sassy young lady. She perhaps was not always treated kindly so she takes a minute to warm up to strangers. Once she knows you, she is quite affectionate.  Happy will be fixed soon, she is otherwise up to date on vaccines and microchipped.  She is previously lived with a cat and did well with dog friends according to her former owner.  She does OK with dog companions, she is learning but prefers a calmer companion. I'm not sure if she ever played with another dog before.  Her adoption fee is $400 which includes her spay.
