Velma is currently with our friends in Louisiana but she is heading to NJ July 11! She is a p layful chihuahua/heeler mix. She loves to play with cat toys since they are the perfect size for her.  Velma received initial vetting and vaccines in Louisiana and she will be fixed and microchipped after coming to NJ at about 4-6 months old.  Her  adoption fee is $450.
