Cece is an adorable chihuahua who is currently in a foster home in Louisiana with Humphrey and a few other dogs. Cece is fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is also heartworm negative.  Cece can come to NJ 6/15 or 6/29 if we find a foster or adopter. Cece is housebroken. His adoption fee will be $400.
