Penny is an adorable chihuahua-beagle mix who is up for adoption. Penny is 13 weeks old. She isn't fixed yet but will be soon. Penny is cat, dog and kid friendly. Penny has received her initial puppy vaccines, microchip and deworming. Her spay will be scheduled by her foster or with her new adopter in the coming weeks. Penny's adoption fee is $450.
