Flip Flop can come to NJ if she has a foster! Flip Flop is a teenager about 7-8 months, 15 lbs and heart worm negative. She LOVES belly rubs and attention. She appears to have some old scarring on her head, you can see it the video and pics. Apply to foster at wagoninn.rescuegroups.org.
