Hi there all. My name is Kya and I'm a gawky, playful akita girl. Here's my story....my original family bought me at a petshop and named me "kita". Then when they found they had to leave the country, they took me to an animal shelter. Then my new friends came and brought me to NJ where they named me Kya, and I am waiting for my forever home. I love to play. They say I would benefit from taking obedience class because I'm still a growing dominant little girl, and it would help build a relationship with me. ****UPDATE! I went to the outreach on Saturday and saw lots of people and kids and dogs and I had such a good time. I was a very good girl and was so happy to see everyone. What a nice day I had. Would you like to take me walking where I can say hi to everyone?
