Harper originally came to us from North Carolina. She is about 1 year old, and weighs 31 lbs. Harper looks like a Beagle/ Border Collie mix, and she's got freckles on her nose.

Harper is a lovely dog, but she is nervous so will be best in a quiet home. We would prefer her to go to a home with another dog, since that will help her relax and be more confident.

Harper is housetrained, crate-trained, and good with other dogs. She is a love! Harper loves to cuddle on the couch and the bed.

Harper is a low-energy dog who doesn't require a lot of exercise.  In fact, she prefers to be a homebody. Her foster mom says that she would be the perfect dog for someone who just wants to walk their dog around the neighborhood and mostly leave them home when they go out.
