tarzan is a big boy now and just waiting for his forever family. He started his journey when he was just a bottle-baby because his mom wasn't around. His foster mom in NC cared for him until he was ready to travel; he's never been in a shelter. He climbs her leg for attention, and lets kids hold him any way they want.
