“Hi, my name is Maggie and my foster parents think I am the sweetest dog ever! I love to snuggle and I don’t lick or nibble on faces, I snuffle then curl up my head in a warm human neck and fall asleep. I love getting baths. I love to play with people and other dogs, especially my foster brother, Buster, who I regularly steal toys from. I’m almost crate trained (my humans can’t tell who is peeing on the pee-pee pads at night since there are two of us in there!), and I’ve only had one accident outside the crate. I love to run around the yard and already have one designated “potty” spot that I use regularly. I’ve learned to run into the house when a treat bag is shaken and know how to “sit” before I get one! I spent two days playing with toddlers and surprised my humans by not displaying my Blue Heeler side and herding them. (They think I’m more Lab than anything!) Then, when a two year old decided to carry me across the room (with adult help!) and put me in a chair so we could cuddle, the adults were shocked by how relaxed I was and that I could fall asleep ten minutes later while being exuberantly hugged and petted. I just know there’s a perfect family out there for me to love. Won’t you fill out an application and adopt me?”
