Casper came from a sad start - he and his siblings were living under a house with mom. One day some people rescued all his siblings but they couldn't get Casper or his mom so they were left behind. Luckily, Casper got rescued soon after and he is now in a loving foster home in Louisiana while he waits for his big trip to Jersey. Casper will be fully vetted before coming to NJ on May 16. His adoption fee is $450.
